Thank you for shopping at Sayge. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not packed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to track your parcel with our courier partner.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Timelines
We ship nationwide across South Africa using premium door-to-door courier services.

Main Hubs (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban): 2–4 business days.

Regional & Outlying Areas: 3–5 business days.

Standard Courier Delivery: R150
Delivery Conditions

Physical Address Only: Our couriers deliver door-to-door and require a physical street address. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or Postnet Suites.

Signature Required: Deliveries take place during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Please ensure someone is available at your chosen address to sign for the parcel.
Damages & Missing Parcels
If your parcel arrives visually damaged, please take a photo immediately and contact us at hello@sayge.co.za within 24 hours of delivery so we can handle it with the courier company.
